@ I have a couple of plans with EE - all of the plans are coming close to renewal - how do I not renew one plan and keep remainder?

EE contracts are not fixed term ones that automatically expire or need renewing, they are rolling 30day notice with a minimum term.

You can give cancellation notice on individual lines at any point outside their minimum term. Doing so before, will incur early cancellation charges.

can I chat to someone online in customer services? I received a letter saying my contract was coming to an end on 22nd of March and if I wanted to renew just do nothing but problem is one of the plans I wish to cancel and not renew

Contact EE CS on 150 & explain the specific number you want to give disconnection notice on.
