Viewing Annual Statement

Hello

I've recently viewed my Annual statement on the Device I've been paying monthly. However it has the wrong address on it which was my previous address but moved late last year.

I've changed my Address on my EE when i moved.

Shouldn't it not be showing the new one?

Would my Letters be sent to my previous address from EE

The statement was produced on the 2nd of March 2024 with my old address.

However I moved late last year.
