i. Have two numbers , one account

get given long term 50% off bill

It last two months and then get text saying

your SIX MONTH 50% discount has expired

wow

That’s abit naughty tbh. It took me 9 phone calls to get my login details corrected. Told today can’t have a upgrade at end of my contract which Is up in few weeks but keep sending me emails regarding upgrades as I have just switched my internet to ED & got Tv from Friday
