Pricing incorrect for new products

I have recently switched to the new EE but when I log into my account to look at my new deals all the sim/phone prices are incorrect. If I am signed out I can see new sims for as low as £13.50 per month but when I log in the cheapest is £21.
It appears to be showing me a smaller selection of deals when I’m not signed in and they’re all more expensive.
I was looking just after I joined new EE and the prices were around £10 per month, so clearly something is a bit broken
