Had my sim not even a day and it's saying restricted

Dunno if this is the right place to post this but I got my new Contract sim today and put it in my Samsung galaxy S22 ultra and was working fine, a few hours later I'm texting a friend and my text stopped sending and now it's says I've reached my credit and have been restricted can some of me help me please

Please get in touch with our customer care team by either using Live Chat or by calling 07953 966 150 from another handset.

The team will be able to look into this for you and activate your SIM.
