How do you add users to the family plan so that everyone can view and gift their own data?

Family plans in the way I suspect you imagine, are long gone - data gifting is now a benefit of multiple users being on the same pay-monthly billing account.

In order to data gift between two phones not on the same pay-monthly billing account, one would have to conduct a change of legal ownership and transfer to the other account.

Is there a way to set people up as users so they can transfer data between themselves without having my login details?

Only the account holder can gift the data.

Well that’s a bit disappointing of EE…..again. Definitely not how it was sold to me
