    <description>&lt;P&gt;No network will guarantee rock-solid service 24x7x365 in 100% of locations, it's not possible - and the T&amp;amp;C's do allow for this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Equally every network will have good &amp;amp; bad coverage areas, it's the nature of radio coverage. Are you in a poor coverage area when you have (what sounds like) mobile data issues?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;so I have just had text from EE saying my mobile costs are going up by £4.42 linked to 'inflation with your terms and conditions'- is it in the terms and conditions that you have to provide a decent connection...?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I sometimes have very bad connection, like 1G speeds... websites take an AGE to load up - when its good, its good, when its bad its really bad... can I get anyone to help, anywhere...?&amp;nbsp; no, just sent sround in circles, to call 150 which give me a link that says call 150!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;terrible service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kirk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;disappointed customer&lt;/P&gt;</description>
