Unable to switch from direct debit to credit card

Hello, I'd like to stop paying my mobile and broadband by direct debit and instead pay using a credit card. I can't seem to find any way to do this within my account. Can you please show me where exactly I can make that switch? Thanks.

EE don't offer regular credit card payments, just for you to make manual payments as & when you choose.

You have 3 options here

1: Make manual payments a few days prior to your bill date, thus reducing the amount of the bill and DD.

2: Make manual payment after your bill, the DD will still be taken but the manual payment will go towards the following months bill

3: Cancel your DD and accept the (I believe) £5 monthly charge

Thanks for the info. Shame that you can't put a credit card on file and EE would take payment from that first before the DD.
