To receive VAT receipts you need to be on a business contract.

EE don't email bills; just notifications that bill is ready to be viewed.

Yes thank you, I have access to this but where do you get/view invoices?

Morning @Onestopbp2023

Once logged in, if you select Home from the menu bar, you should see an option for Bills and Payments and you can select the bill you would like to download from the dropdown menu, then download bill.
