It's a consequence of the laws of this country. You only have a right to return goods FoC within a statutory 14-day cooling-off period &lt;STRONG&gt;when you order online or by phone&lt;/STRONG&gt;. This "change of mind" return right does not extend to goods bought instore. Why would you assume that it does?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
