&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the EE Community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To cancel a contract with EE there is the option to call via text relay and also ways to contact us through a sign language interpreter.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is also the option of contacting us via letter or by visiting your local EE Store where our staff will be happy to assist.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;At present, there is no option to cancel an account online.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue.&amp;nbsp; It seems EE are failing to provide a truly accessible service.&amp;nbsp; Not everyone with a disability/health condition that prevents them from calling EE have a text replay phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DDA - you are required to make reasonable adjustments to facilitate those with a disability.&amp;nbsp; How do we contact you ONLINE to cancel a contract if unable to call or write a letter?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
