    <description>&lt;P&gt;EE have cancelled the wrong number, the number I expressly stated that I needed as it’s my business number, &amp;nbsp;and now my clients can get through and book appointments&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they are also refusing to refund me for a phone line that I didn’t know I had&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacted the ombudsman but has anyone else any advice as to how I should proceed as this has cost me a lot of money&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Ombudsman will only accept complaints once a provider's internal process has been exhausted after 8 weeks, or you reach deadlock prior.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is no account access on this public internet forum, you need to persist with EE CS. 150 from your mobile or 07953 966250 from any other phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
