I have seen the is number on a recently requested bill. It is marked as an outgoing call and appears 7 times. Can you explain what’s this number is? Is it the answer phone number for retrieving messages as I recall doing so at the times where this appears on the bill

What was it listed as on your bill?

Does the timing match anything in your phone's call history?

Were you charged?

As I have said the only thing it matches with is calling the answerphone service.
it is not a charged number

Hi @Stuartw2,

If the timings match exactly, it will be a record of the calls you made to your voicemail service.

If that's the case there may have been an error which caused the incorrect number to be displayed on your bill.
