I’ve just been sent an EE perk through my work place. As I already have an ee account can I use this on my existing account?

You'll be able to use your Perk discount code when you next upgrade or on any eligible new connections added to your account.

Hi @Bredsley,

Yes, as it's a relatively new contract, our Mobiles guides may be able to request that your discount is manually added.

I'd recommend generating a code and calling 150 to check.

Discount codes may be applied by calling CS within 30 days of purchase if it wasn't at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading. They cannot be applied mid-term.
