Leanne,

I have the same problem. I want to upgrade to a S24+ with 125GB of data. I log in and it offers a price of £46.66 but when I click through to actually buy, the price jumps to £56.66 p/mth because the data price goes from £20 to £30 p/mth. How can I buy at £46.66? regards Phil

I ended up ringing and speaking with someone . . . who sorted me out with the correct price. BTW . . . no I wasn't trading in. It seems your online process shows a discounted price for data, but the discount doesn't appear when you go on to buy (feels like a glitch)
