I got a sim only no frills “deal” on 11th January at 14.99 a month. For this you get 2gb data (whoopy), and even get charged extra for a pic message. Today they say price is going up again. How do I get out of this? I was on GG before unlimited data at ten quid and the signal was better too, wish I’d never left. #rippedoff

MMS picture/video messages are always charged, regardless of the plan you're on. When you're composing a text message and add picture or video content that triggers conversion to multimedia message, there is always an onscreen prompt before the message is sent. This is a device function, not a network one.

@Davesomerset123 As for the price increase you did agree to that when you took out the contract. It’s part of the sales process. If you want to terminate the contract you’ll have to pay off the remaining term of that contract.
