Letter from EE demandinga payment for £28.40 and £10 for my package is always

I have now received two Letters from EE demanding I pay the sum of N27.40 that I am owning. The EE fees for my £10 ,package is still being deducted every month. The EE App does not say I am owing, so where are these letters coming from, threatening to suspend my accounts with EE.

Is "N" a typo for £ ? Any amount prefixed by "N" seems unusual.
