When I am looking to upgrade, the price it shown is not what they end up trying to charge. This one for the apple 15 says £36 but then says it is 55.55 once you go to pay. Why do they try and trick us to think this is the price when it actually isn't, I assume that this is the phone cost only, but this isn't clear. Long story short I wont be upgrading and will also reduce my monthly with SIM only. This side of EE is not good.

Hi @paulys74

Thanks for coming to the community.

Are you logged into your EE account when the plan shows £36.55? Is the extra amount for the device as part of a Flex Pay agreement?

Speak soon 🙂

Leanne.
