    <title>topic EE Cancellation - Broadband in Contracts &amp; Billing</title>
    <link>https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Contracts-Billing/EE-Cancellation-Broadband/m-p/1356436#M83709</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I received email from EE stating my account will be cancelled on 9/2/24. Contacted EE via phone &amp;amp; this was due to non-bill payment. I was advised to make payment before Friday to avoid cancellation, in which I did. I have proof of this. However, my services have still been restricted &amp;amp; my account is on the verge of being fully cancelled/closed. Account is now up to date with no outstanding bills. Is there anything that can be done here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
