So it’s being about 4 years since I upgraded I did it through chat last time but seems that function isn’t available anymore. Question I’m wondering is if you call do you actually get any competitive or better deals than what is already online?
EE price wise does seem pretty expensive in comparison to sky mobile etc. but before I waste my time being on hold and going through general chit chat, can you get better reduced monthly prices when you call up nowadays or do they not bother being competitive anymore?

It's wise to also be realistic with any price comparisons you make. EE are unlikely to compete on price-alone with low-cost MVNO providers especially.
