&lt;P&gt;Have you closed the app down and started it again? If that does not work and you have the latest app, could you please delete it, reboot your device and reinstall it and see if that solves it? If that does not, please call customer service to get your account reset and try again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can always log into your account via the website if you are really stuck. App is working, it was under maintenance last night, but is fine today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
