Hi how do I view my bills online ….. can’t seem to find it on the website or app

Welcome to the community.

Have you ever been able to view your bills?

You should be able to find your bills within the 'Bills & payments' section of your My EE account.

Hi @Mizzy212.

Your bills should be available within the 'Bills & payments' section of your EE app.

If you are unable to view these it could be your account has been set up as you are a user rather than the account holder. You can check this by giving our customer care team a call on 150.

I cant seem to view the bill online if I log in where can see them?

When you log in to your EE account do you see the option for 'Bills & payments'?

Are you aware if your EE account has been set up as a user rather than account holder?

No I cant see it and I am the account holder and payer?

Can it be set up online?
