Hi,

I recently upgraded my phone today over EE’s phone line and was connected to Claire in Hull.
Claire helped me sort my new phone upgrade out and was very kind and caring towards getting me the best deals and phone to suit my needs. We had a few errors her side due to internet but she managed to sort it, I cannot thank Claire enough for all the support and guidance she gave to me today (phone called happened at: 4/2/24 at 4:20pm). Claire needs to be praised and thanked for all her hard work and determination. She is why customers return including myself being an EE member for 7 years.
Thank you so much again Claire.
and I hope this can be shared with her so she can continue her amazing work!
