Cancle SIM contract from abroad

Hello EE Community,

I recently moved to Germany and have been facing significant challenges in reaching out to EE support. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to connect with them through the provided contact numbers:

- 150
- +44 0800 0798585
- +44 7953 966250

Each time I attempt to call, the call ends abruptly. It has come to my attention that this issue is not unique to me, as I've discovered multiple threads discussing the same problem.

I am reaching out to the EE community for advice or any assistance in establishing contact with the EE team. If anyone has alternative contact information or insights into resolving this issue, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried calling the international number from another phone, or through a VoIP service, such as Skype?

@IoanPas : Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

... has two errors in it. Try +44 800 0798586

You always need to drop the leading zero when calling internationally.
