    <description>&lt;P&gt;Business user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It all worked well up to November but since December just says cannot retrieve account details.&lt;BR /&gt;It does the same on the mobile app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did get through to Steve and he emailed me the bills I needed.&lt;BR /&gt;Did not even wait in a queue, very refreashing to get such a quick responce.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems the site has problems and it's know thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Website will not show my account with bills.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to print the bills for my accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keeps telling me to log out and log in again or it cannot get my details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been going on since December, appalling service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
