Apple Music charges

I seem to be paying for Apple Music as an extra that I don’t want or need as I’m already with Apple via my phone!

When I try to cancel it with the STOP MUSIC message it says :

“Hi from EE. It looks like you have already had this Apple Music offer.

If you would like to add Apple Music to your account for £9.99 a month. Please reply YES”

However I get billed £10.99 per month for this, and on my account it states it cannot be removed ?
Can anyone please explain how I can get rid of this as it’s definitely not something I want to be paying twice for 🤦🏼‍♀️
