      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I’m eligible to upgrade my sim only plan to a phone plan but EE have told me due to payment history I can’t upgrade so they advised me to make 6 payments on time (which is 6 months) then I may be eligible, I am now caught up with my bills and have made my last payment on time, does anybody know if I will be upgrade sooner than 6 months as 6 months is a very long time to wait…&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No one can tell you. EE has systems in place and each order/upgrade is different.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried upgrading again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry but if you got behind on paying your EE bills and they have asked you wait 6 months there is nothing you can do. They have a duty to make sure you don't go into debt&lt;/P&gt;</description>
