      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have not emailed EE CS, merely posted on a user discussion forum - including personal details that are an open invitation to spammers and should be removed ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need to contact EE CS on 150 to request a 30day cancellation, and migration to PAYG rather than disconnection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You won't need a new SIM. Your existing SIM &amp;amp; no. will just change to a PAYG plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
