      <title>Unable to access upgrade text offer by any means</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I've received the marketing messages regarding the new 24Ultra handset, that I can grab it free at £56 with a discount of £14 on that by trading in the handset I currently have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a significant saving, and a new device with larger storage would help for work provided the data remains unlimited as is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However when clicking through, or simply logging into the site or app seperately and trying to find an upgrade option, it either doesn't work, isn't there or says upgrade from n\a&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried from various devices and cleared, cache's, data etc. No luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
