Hi I made a contract for I phone 15 pro max few days ago and i pay 200 pounds as upfront but when I receive a confirmation email it says that you paid 30 pounds

Few days ago I made a contract for I phone 15 pro max i paid 300 pounds 200 pounds upfront and 100 pounds but after receiving the order I received a mail saying that you paid just 30 pounds as upfront but it not showing in my billing details it just shows 100 pounds security deposit where’s my 200 pounds that I paid as upfront.

iPhone 15 pro natural titanium 256 and plan is 125gb that cost 30 pounds per month

I can't see the £200 upfront cost on this device and plan.

Could it be a service deposit you have been charged for rather than an upfront cost?

No it’s upfront payment. Security deposit of 100 pounds I paid separately
