Upgrade from essentials to all rounder

Can someone point me in the right direction please I'm looking at upgrading from essentials to all rounder tariff but there's nothing anywhere that helps, Plus also looking at changing over to EE from BT for my broadband but customer service agents weren't helpful at all and waited ages to be connected to one

Hi there,

To move from BT to New EE broadband, you must call the BT Support Line as you won't be able to merge over any other way (wait times will very)

In terms of your phone plan, i would call EE support who can find you the best deals and plan tailored to your needs.
