Upgrade price difference

Hi i am trying to do an upgrade to s24+ and when I select phone and plan it's saying unlimited data is £30 per month (says used to be £38)

But when I get to checkout, it's saying the data plan is £38

Any ideas

Are you logged into your EE account when the price shows as £30?

Is there any discount showing when you get to the checkout?

Yes I'm logged in and when I am choosing my plan it shows as 30 for the data plan but when I get to checkout there is no discount applied

I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team so they can look into why the price isn't showing correctly and help you with the order.
