Unprofessional to say the least

Hi all.. Went through the process of joining EE did the credit check.. Paid the £30 upfront payment... All ticked off then boom nearly an hour later I receive an email saying the credit check has failed... 30 quid lighter... Nice... Good way to make money and influence people... Kevin bacon obviuosly doesn't come cheap... Do I get a refund???

Well it's not sorted but it's left a sour taste on my mouth.. But thanks for your help. Even if they subsequently continued and said the credit agency was waiting for more information I'd still cancel immediately..

Wouldn't mind.. I've got a good credit rating.. Very high.. One must have to be long term unemployed to get a contract with EE...

I'm referring to your query. We can answer Qs & advise but we can't fix things in EE systems & others.

You're deluding yourself to be relying on credit ratings. They are just a marketing ploy on the part of credit agencies.
