Splitting a contract

Hi,

I'm the owner of a contract for 1 phone and SIM and a SIM only contract. I've split from my partner and want to take his off my account so he pays for his own plan etc. We both need to keep the same numbers, Can you tell me if this can be done simply?

Essentially, you'll both need to be present for the call and your ex will need to pass a credit check.

Your ex's phone can either be transferred to them by virtue of the "change of ownership" process mentioned above, or be cancelled and disconnected otherwise.
