Hi guys is there a way to contact the loyalty team direct I would like to discuss my options of upgrading or getting a pac code to leave. I have had alot of issues with ee and feel as a long standing customer you don't get looked after anymore.

@Carl1uk : Text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.
