Hello sir or Madam,I am erika ******** and i did my contract before 1 year and half i did my contract to pay monthly 50£ fix and everytime EE charge me more so i want to know the reason cuz im ready to do complain in court for Ur company **bleep** and let we see hiw u can charge the customers more

Look at the breakdown of your bill to see what you've been charged for.

Courts require you to exhaust any complaints procedures in place before you come to them. You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .
