Hi... So i'm Shaun. 19yr old autistic. I dont really use online banking often. my contract is at £14.40 monthly due to student status etc. i got charged £180 on 04/01/2024. I had no idea about this. Im on benifits. i had no idea about this huge sum of money that had been sucked out of my benifits as my pay day was today. it left me in slump. I got told to contact EE but its normally through bloody phone calls. because of my autism i really struggle. So i have no real idea as to why to do and how to do it.

Do you have access to your EE account online?

If yes, are you able to download your bill breakdown?

This will show you more information about charges outside of your allowance.
