      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have checked on the app but its saying I have to pay an early upgrade fee&lt;BR /&gt;£280+ which means it will cost me to much.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are ee allowed to over ride this given my 20 years loyalty?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Sharon.</description>
