I’m trying to pay my bill before my direct debit but for some reason it won’t go through

When is the direct debit set to be taken from the bank?

Do you get an error message when making the payment?

If your billing date has already passed you should not try to pay the bill manually. The DD has already been set in motion.

I don't use dd I pay over the phone every month. My payment won't go through.

@Lillyrubes24 : Nobody said you did! You just latched onto a thread about DDs.

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
