I have just paid my BT bill and given Aspall refund but I also have my EE BILL paid by direct debit why both can you help

When you moved from BT to EE for your services you would have received :

A final bill from BT giving you a refund for the time after you left that you had already paid in advance in your previous bill.
An initial bill from EE for your new monthly fees 1 month in advance.

Whilst by is moving across there’s something going on weird with double bills and unrecognised calls - we stance is hold the bill payer to ransom - but log with ofcom and report to which they’ve hit a full investigation going on into networks on this issue as over 300 people have reported issues when I last checked in Jan 24
