I have been using EE sim card for over 6 months but I went to 2 offices to get credit but they didn't give me one, why or is there something wrong with me?

@Mirzabek Offices ? Do you mean EE stores ? What actually did you ask for ? Because they will not give you credit they will however sell you a top up voucher if your on pay as you go

Have you tried speaking with the customer service team, @Mirzabek? They'll be able to check the system and eligibility.

I don't know this so I'm asking for your advice if EE can't help me I will contract with another company because companies work for customer service but no one has helped me in any way.
