      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day.please I cancelled my contract with 14 days of obtaining the sim and the direct debit was still passed. I need to confirm the contract is fully cancelled and no payment passed to my bank account. Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4200087"&gt;@Olateju&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You might of cancelled the contract that doesn’t stop an automatic process of billing that would of already begun. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; You’ll need to call customer services to make sure your contract was cancelled and you can also ask about any monies owed back to you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
