      <description>&lt;P&gt;The EE App is still not allowing me to pay my bill I have brought this up numerous times and I get told it will be fixed by the next app update but they have been like 6/7 updates and still won't work does anyone have a fix for this and yeah I know I can call to pay and stuff but prefer the app actually worked&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have 2sims and I called them and ask them to change my contract from phone to sim without telling me and they Charging me more money.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;they are charging for 1mobile, 2sims, and insurance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please I’m requesting you to pay my money back and charge only for sim contract&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;otherwise I would like to take severe action against your company&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
