Hello,

I have just purchased an S23 Ultra paid monthly (finance) and a contract to come with it. The question is, is there anyway to keep the phone and pay the finance without activating the separate EE contract that I have ordered with it ? Or would I have to return the device completely to cancel the EE Contract.

Much depends how you purchased the phone. If it was either online or via telesales, these come with a statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return. No such right exists with an instore retail shop purchase.

Purchased directly through the EE website, the S23 Ultra along with an EE airplay contract

Hi @NathanF46,

Your airtime plan would start as soon as you take delivery of the phone, so you'd need to return the phone if you wanted to cancel it.
