Text stating free early upgrade with an all rounder or full works plan

Hi there,

I received a text from EE stating that I could upgrade to an iPhone 15 pro without paying any early upgrade fees if I took an all rounder or full works plan.

When I come to the upgrade page, the iPhone 15 pro and pro max both state there is an early upgrade fee for any of the plans available, I've tried this with the normal iPhone 15 as well and it still says the same. I've also tried making the monthly cost more than my current plan and it still doesn't change.

I'm 85 days away from an upgrade so I'm within the 100 day limit as well.

Can anyone help with this?

Hi @James_B ,

yes there was a link attached, clicking on it took me to a page where I could select “buy now”, this then took me to the upgrade page with phones/plans and I had the issue above.

I'd recommend contacting our upgrades team on 150. The team will be able to help you get your order placed and raise a support ticket for the issue with your online account.
