&lt;P&gt;It depends on what the reason is that you've been requested to call. I'd definitely recommend giving us a call so that they can check what the problem is and advise you best going forward.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently tried to join EE, ordered online and paid the upfront fee then received an email shortly thereafter about “please call us to discuss your order”. Since I am unable to get through and refuse to wait hours to keep trying, will this order be cancelled automatically? And if so how long will this take?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Quite a ridiculous order process and a dreadful new customer experience, if I knew it would have been this much hassle I wouldn’t have bothered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
