      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can I upgrade I’m due an upgrade however dropped my phone and had to make a claim which is accepted and waiting on dpd delivering this on Saturday. Can I get an upgrade now or will I have to wait? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
