    <description>&lt;P&gt;There isn't any account access on this public forum, you would need to contact EE CS - from another phone - to query this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a PAYG phone, then hibernation due to non-usage is a common reason. If you're on pay-monthly, then non-payment of bills is a possibility.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your phone's symptoms are a loss of coverage, then it may not have been necessarily been suspended but just have a local outage - use the "check status" option on &lt;A href="https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee&lt;/A&gt; as a first check and consider using WiFi-calling in the meantime.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
