      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I had my automatic payment going for my monthly contract and for some reason it was skipped which led it to being removed I don't know how. App says click here to make a payment which I follow and it only leads to an error page. Is there a way to make the payment, I'm travelling abroad at the moment and my phone, which is on contract says I can't add payment as I am not the account holder. I did call on 360 and 0800 956 6000 but neither seems to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you mean your &lt;SPAN&gt;automatic payment was a Direct Debit? If so, when it failed EE will try again about 1 week later for the final time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it is direct debit but I didn't know that the payment failed, it is past the re try and now isn't showing anything in the billing option, I can't make a payment and I just want to add my direct debit again to make the payment or be able to have my app on my phone be account holder so I can add the direct debit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
