topic new customer in Contracts & Billing

Hi I am a new customer who has moved to EE as plusnet no longer does mobile phones etc I have just started and things are almost changed but I want to know if you have to pay to retrieve your voicemails even if you have unlimited calls on the plan. I am a nurse and regularly have to listen to voicemails and was unaware that this may be the case as it wasn't with the plusnet that was the same cost and unlimited calls etc. Thanks

Listening to a VM counts as a call. So is covered by your calls allowance.
